Francis is co-founder of Wildfinder and is responsible for running the trips locally in Tanzania. After 18 years as a safari guide and tour planner, he now leads the guide team, trains the guides and ensures that the vehicles are ready to go. His nickname "The Eagle" comes from his exceptional eye for wildlife.
Daniel is co-founder of Wildfinder and is responsible for growth, marketing and sales. He leads the advisory team and makes sure that every trip is tailor-made around the guests' wishes, priorities and travel style rather than off the shelf. If guests have particular ideas, he first looks for a way to make them happen.

Happyness is co-founder of Wildfinder and is responsible for finance and reservations. Nkoaranga Orphanage
The Nkoaranga orphanage at the foot of Mount Meru has existed since 1997; around 30 children up to the age of three live there with 12 carers. Instead of a fixed sum, Wildfinder Safaris regularly does the shopping for the orphanage: groceries, toiletries and similar items.
