Location and surroundings

Into Wild Africa Luxury Safari Lodge Serengeti is a permanent camp in the Seronera area in the centre of the Serengeti, nestled between gentle hills, bushland and open plains. The region is considered one of the most wildlife-rich in the national park: big cats, elephants and wildebeest herds can be observed here all year round. The camp is secluded and quiet, with direct access to the well-known game-drive routes of the central Serengeti. The camp is 23 kilometres from Seronera Airstrip.

You can find further accommodation in this region of the Serengeti in the overview of Central Serengeti lodges.

Rooms and facilities

You stay in one of ten permanently installed tented suites on a wooden platform. Each suite has its own bathroom with shower, comfortable beds and a private veranda with views over the savannah. The safari-style furnishings use natural materials. At the centre of the property are an open restaurant tent and a lounge with outdoor seating. At the fire pit you round off the day after your game drive. Solar power supplies the entire camp.

Nkoaranga Orphanage

The Nkoaranga orphanage at the foot of Mount Meru has existed since 1997; around 30 children up to the age of three live there with 12 carers. Instead of a fixed contribution, Wildfinder Safaris regularly buys supplies for the orphanage: groceries, toiletries and similar items.
