Location and Surroundings
You stay near the small town of Usa River on the edge of Arusha, in the middle of extensive grounds with views towards Mount Meru. In clear conditions, Kilimanjaro also comes into view. Kilimanjaro Airport is about 45 minutes away. In the immediate surroundings there is a golf course and open savannah landscapes that are suited to walks and birdwatching. Arusha National Park is also easy to reach from here. The location makes the villas a quiet place for the beginning or end of a journey through northern Tanzania.

Rooms and Facilities
Each private villa offers three to five bedrooms, its own living area, a kitchen and a terrace. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The rooms are stylishly furnished and give you enough space even with several people. This way you stay as if in your own home and have the whole place to yourselves as a group.
Some villas have their own pool. Wi-Fi is available, and you can dine outside your villa in the shared restaurant. Depending on the booking, a private chef and a butler are also available, who take care of the catering and the running of the house.
