Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Kilimanjaro

Welcome to Tanzania! When you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be greeted by our team and transferred to your accommodation near Moshi. Relax after your trip and enjoy the breathtaking views of majestic Kilimanjaro towering over the landscape.

Day 2: Materuni Waterfall and Coffee Tour

Today you’ll experience the natural beauty of Tanzania as you explore the Materuni Waterfall. Enjoy a scenic hike through lush forests and discover the impressive backdrop of the waterfall fed by the peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro. Learn more about local coffee cultivation on a tour of a nearby coffee plantation and taste freshly brewed coffee in a traditional chagga hut. Next, visit a local village to gain insight into the daily life of the community and enjoy an authentic lunch of local specialties.

Day 3: Arusha National Park - Safari adventure begins

Your safari adventure begins in Arusha National Park, a hidden gem at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Explore the park’s rich wildlife on an exciting game drive and see elephants, giraffes, buffalo and a variety of birds in their natural habitat. Enjoy a picnic lunch overlooking the picturesque Lake Momella before heading to the next destination of your trip.

Day 4: Tarangire National Park - African animal paradise

Today you continue to Tarangire National Park, one of the best places in Tanzania to view herds of elephants. Take an exciting game drive through the park’s vast plains and look out for lions, leopards, cheetahs and a variety of antelope species. Enjoy the breathtaking landscape of Tarangire, characterized by majestic baobab trees and lush vegetation.

Day 5: Tarangire Game Drive and drive to Karatu

Experience another exciting game drive in Tarangire National Park and look out for the park’s famous arboreal creatures, including lions who like to rest on the branches of acacia trees. After lunch, make your way to Karatu, a charming town on the edge of the Ngorongoro Highlands, known for its picturesque landscape and proximity to famous national parks.

Day 6: Safari in Serengeti National Park

Today we go to the legendary Serengeti National Park, one of the largest and most diverse game reserves in Africa. Take an extensive game drive through the endless plains of the Serengeti and get up close and personal with the park’s stunning wildlife, including lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, giraffes and a variety of antelope species.

Day 7: Serengeti - Ngorongoro Crater

Enjoy another day of adventure in the Serengeti before heading to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most spectacular nature reserves in the world. Take an adventurous ride down into the crater and explore the breathtaking scenery and abundant wildlife, including lions, rhinos, buffaloes, elephants and a variety of flamingos at Lake Magadi.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater - A day in an animal paradise

Spend a full day exploring the Ngorongoro Crater and experience the abundance of wildlife in this amazing ecosystem. Look out for the Big Five and a variety of other animals that live in this unique habitat. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the shores of the crater lake and experience unforgettable moments amidst the fascinating landscape of the crater.

Day 9: Farewell to the wilderness and flight to Zanzibar

After fun-filled days of safari adventures, it’s time to say goodbye to the wild beauty of Tanzania and prepare for the next part of your trip. You will be transferred to the airport to board your flight to Zanzibar, where you will discover a completely different side of Tanzania – the magical island world of the Indian Ocean.
