Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Welcome to Tanzania! After your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our team and your exciting safari begins in Arusha, a charming town at the foot of the majestic Mount Meru. After checking into your hotel, you can relax and prepare for the adventure that awaits you in the coming days.

Day 2: Departure for Tarangire National Park

Today your safari begins with an exciting drive to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s hidden gems. The park is known for its impressive landscape, which is characterized by huge baobab trees and the picturesque Tarangire River. During an extended game drive, you will have the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife, including herds of elephants, lions, leopards, zebras and giraffes.

Day 3: A whole day in Tarangire

Today, a full-day adventure in Tarangire National Park is on the program. This gives you the opportunity to explore the beauty and diversity of this unique ecosystem at your leisure. Watch elephants congregate at the waterholes as you drive through the park’s picturesque landscapes and enjoy breathtaking views of the African wilderness.

Day 4: Onward journey to Karatu

After two exciting days in Tarangire National Park, you make your way to Karatu, a picturesque village on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater. On the way, you can enjoy the fascinating Tanzanian landscape and get to know the local communities that live along the route.

Day 5: Visit to the Ngorongoro Crater

On the program today is the Ngorongoro Crater, a natural crater of breathtaking beauty and diversity. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to an impressive variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos and rhinos. During a full-day tour, you will have the opportunity to explore this amazing ecosystem and make incredible wildlife sightings.

Day 6: Drive to the central Serengeti

Today you will travel to the Central Serengeti, one of the most famous national parks in the world. The Central Serengeti is famous for its endless savannahs, abundant wildlife and, of course, the annual Great Migration. During the drive, you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery and prepare yourself for the animal sightings ahead.

Day 7: Exploring the central Serengeti

Spend a whole day exploring the central Serengeti. This area is known for its high concentration of predators and other wildlife. During an extended game drive, you will have the opportunity to observe lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes and many other animals in their natural environment. Enjoy the beauty and magic of the African wilderness as you drive through the endless grasslands.

Day 8: Drive to the northern Serengeti

Today the journey continues to the northern Serengeti, one of the best places to witness the Great Migration. This region is famous for its spectacular river crossings and the incredible number of animals moving through the savannah during the migration. Along the way, you can enjoy the breathtaking landscape and look forward to exciting wildlife encounters.

Day 9: Exciting day in the northern Serengeti

In the northern Serengeti, you’ll spend immersive safari days tracking the migrating herds. Along the Mara River, you’ll have excellent chances to witness the dramatic river crossings — a breathtaking sight as wildebeest and zebras brave the crocodile-filled waters. Surrounded by open plains, abundant wildlife and pure nature, this is safari feeling at its best.

Day 10: Farewell to the Serengeti

After an unforgettable time in the Tanzanian wilderness, your safari ends with the return flight from Kogatende Airstrip to Arusha and finally to Kilimanjaro International Airport.
