Day 1: Arrival in Arusha - The safari begins!
After your arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed to Tanzania by our team. A comfortable transfer will take you to your accommodation in Arusha, where you will have time to relax and prepare for the adventures to come. A bustling city at the foot of Mount Meru, Arusha offers a fascinating insight into urban life in Tanzania.
Day 2: Arusha National Park Game Drive + Walking Safari - In the heart of nature
Early in the morning we set off on an exciting game drive in Arusha National Park. With its diverse wildlife and breathtaking scenery, the park is a nature lover’s paradise. In the afternoon you can experience the beauty of nature up close on a relaxed walking safari and learn more about the park’s flora and fauna.
Day 3: Arusha - Tarangire + Game Drive - Explore African wilderness
After breakfast the safari continues to Tarangire National Park. On the way there you can admire the beautiful landscape of Tanzania. Once we arrive in Tarangire National Park, we start an exciting game drive to explore the park’s fascinating wildlife. Look out for herds of elephants, lions, giraffes and many other wildlife.
Day 4: Tarangire Full Day - A day in the wilderness
Today we have a full day game drive in Tarangire National Park. Enjoy the untouched nature and rich wildlife of this impressive ecosystem. On the way we will take breaks for a picnic and have the opportunity to photograph the landscape and deepen our animal observations.
Day 5: Tarangire - Manyara National Park + Game Drive - Karatu - On the trail of wildlife
After breakfast we leave Tarangire National Park and drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Another exciting game drive awaits us here, during which we explore the diverse wildlife and picturesque landscape of the park. In the afternoon we continue our journey and reach our hotel in Karatu in the evening.
Day 6: Karatu - Lake Eyasi + Visit to Hadzabe, Datoga, Blacksmith - Cultural Adventure
Today there is a special cultural experience on the program. We visit Lake Eyasi and meet the Hadzabe, an indigenous Bushman community. We have the opportunity to learn more about their traditional way of life and participate in their daily activities. We also visit the Datoga and Blacksmith tribes and gain insights into their traditional crafts.
Day 7: Karatu - Western Serengeti + Game Drive - The vast plains of the Serengeti
After breakfast we set off on an exciting adventure to the western Serengeti. The journey through the untouched landscape is an experience in itself. Once we arrive in the Serengeti, we go on a game drive to discover the region’s fascinating wildlife. Look out for the Big Five and other wildlife that live in the savanna.
Day 8: Western Serengeti - Safari adventure in the heart of the wilderness
Today we have a full day to explore the beauty and diversity of the Western Serengeti. We go on extended game drives and have the opportunity to observe wildlife in their natural habitat. Enjoy the incomparable landscape and the endless expanse of the African savannah.
Day 9: Central Serengeti - On the trail of wildlife
Today our safari takes us to the central Serengeti, a true paradise for wildlife viewing. We explore the heart of the Serengeti and have the chance to see lions, leopards, elephants and many other wildlife. The endless plains and rich wildlife make this day an unforgettable experience.
Day 10: Central Serengeti - Safari adventure in the heart of Africa
Another day in the central Serengeti offers us the opportunity to explore even more of this breathtaking region. We explore new areas and keep an eye out for rare animal species. With a bit of luck we can also observe the famous migration of wildebeests and zebras, a spectacular natural spectacle.
Day 11: Southern Serengeti - The ultimate safari experience
Today we explore the southern Serengeti, an area known for its high concentration of predators and spectacular scenery. We go on extensive game drives and have the opportunity to watch lions, cheetahs and hyenas hunting. Enjoy the unparalleled beauty and untouched wilderness of this unique ecosystem.
Day 12: Serengeti - Karatu - Back to rest
After the exciting days in the Serengeti, we leave the area and return to Karatu, where you have the opportunity to relax and reflect on the experiences of your safari trip. Enjoy one last night in the relaxed atmosphere of Karatu before heading back to Arusha tomorrow.
Day 13: The breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater
Today’s program includes a visit to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most spectacular natural wonders. You’ll explore the crater and have the chance to see a variety of wildlife in their natural environment, including elephants, rhinos, buffalo and many others. Enjoy a full day full of wildlife viewing and unforgettable landscapes.
Day 14: Karatu - Arusha - JRO Airport - Farewell to Tanzania
Completion of the safari with the return trip to Arusha and transfer to the airport for your return flight. Say goodbye to Tanzania and start your journey home with unforgettable memories.
