Day 1: Transfer to Arusha
Your adventure begins with arrival in Arusha, a vibrant city at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Here you will be warmly welcomed by our team and taken to your accommodation to recover and prepare for the safari experiences ahead.
Day 2: Arusha - Manyara National Park + Safari
After a hearty breakfast, head to Manyara National Park, known for its diverse wildlife and spectacular landscapes. On an exciting safari you will have the opportunity to see elephants, giraffes, lions and a variety of bird species. The journey then continues to Karatu, where you can end the day in your accommodation.
Day 3: Karatu - Serengeti + Safari
Today you drive to the world-famous Serengeti, one of the most famous game reserves in the world. Enjoy a breathtaking safari through the endless plains of the Serengeti and observe the fascinating wildlife in their natural environment. After an exciting day, you return to your accommodation and reflect on the day’s experiences.
Day 4: Full day safari in the Serengeti
Spend another day exploring the beauty and diversity of the Serengeti. With an experienced guide at your side, you have the opportunity to discover rare species such as cheetahs, leopards and rhinos. Have your camera ready to capture unforgettable moments as you wander through this impressive ecosystem.
Day 5: Serengeti - Ngorongoro Crater + Safari - Karatu
Today your journey takes you to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most spectacular places in Africa. Enjoy a breathtaking safari in the crater and see the wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, buffalo, rhinos and lions. After this unforgettable experience, you return to Karatu where you spend the night.
Day 6: Karatu - Tarangire National Park + Safari
The last day of your safari takes you to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large herds of elephants and tree-lined rivers. Enjoy a final safari through this fascinating reserve and look out for the majestic animals that call it home. At the end of the day you will drive back to Arusha to prepare for your onward journey to Zanzibar.
Day 7: Tarangire - Arusha Airport - Zanzibar
After an eventful stay in Tarangire National Park, it’s time to say goodbye and start the next leg of your journey. You will be transferred to Arusha Airport from where you will take your flight to Zanzibar. Once there, you will be greeted by the warm breezes and exotic scents of the island. A new chapter of your adventure journey begins as you prepare to discover the beauty and magic of Zanzibar.
Day 8 to 13: Explore Zanzibar
Spend six unforgettable days on the magical island of Zanzibar. Relax on the white sandy beaches, explore the historic town of Stone Town, immerse yourself in the island’s fascinating culture and history and enjoy delicious local food and drinks. Day 14: Return home
