Day 1: Transfer to Arusha
Your unforgettable safari adventure begins with your arrival in Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania’s breathtaking wildlife. After arriving at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our team and taken to your accommodation in Arusha, where you can relax and prepare for the adventures ahead.
Day 2: Arusha - Karatu
In the morning we leave Arusha and make our way to Karatu, a charming town on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater. Along the way, you’ll enjoy the picturesque scenery, stopping occasionally to admire the beautiful views and explore some of the local attractions. After our arrival in Karatu, you will end the day relaxing and prepare for the exciting day tomorrow.
Day 3: Crater Tour - A full day full of natural beauty
Today is a highlight of your safari: exploring the Ngorongoro Crater. You will immerse yourself in this unique wilderness, characterized by lush landscapes and a variety of wildlife. During our full-day tour, you will have the opportunity to experience the crater’s abundant wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo and a variety of bird species. An unforgettable experience that offers you an insight into the incredible diversity of African wildlife.
Day 4: Drive to the western Serengeti
After a delicious breakfast we set off for the southern Serengeti, a true jewel of African wildlife. On the way there we pass picturesque villages and untouched landscapes before reaching the endless expanses of the Serengeti. Here we have the chance to see the famous “Big Five” as well as numerous other animal species such as cheetahs, giraffes and zebras. Our experienced guides will take you to the best viewing points to spot wildlife and take breathtaking photos.
Day 5-7: Exploring the Great Migration in the Western Serengeti
We spend the next three days exploring the untouched beauty and fascinating wildlife of the Western Serengeti. Here we experience the magic of the African wilderness in its purest form. During our game drives we have the opportunity to explore the endless plains and admire the breathtaking scenery while searching for the “Big Five” and other fascinating animals. The Serengeti West is also known for its spectacular animal migrations, especially during the dry season, when huge herds of wildebeest and zebra move across the endless plains in search of fresh grass.
Day 7: Farewell to the Serengeti and arrival in Zanzibar
After three exciting days in the Serengeti West, it’s time to say goodbye and head to Zanzibar. We drive to the Grumeti airstrip, from where we take a flight to Zanzibar. This picturesque island in the Indian Ocean awaits us with its beautiful beaches, historical sights and vibrant cultures. Upon arrival we will have time to relax and enjoy the beauty of this tropical oasis.
Day 8: Flight to Zanzibar
After the exciting days on safari, we fly to Zanzibar, an island known for its white sandy beaches, turquoise waters and fascinating culture. Here you can relax, enjoy the sun and experience the unique mix of African, Arabic and European influences that make the island so special.
Day 9-13: Explore and relax in Zanzibar
The next few days are dedicated to exploring and relaxing on the stunning island of Zanzibar. After our arrival, you will immerse yourself in the fascinating old town of Stone Town, explore historical sights and be enchanted by the exotic smells and sounds of the city. In the following days you will enjoy pure relaxation on the white sandy beaches, explore the fascinating underwater world while snorkeling or diving and have the opportunity to discover traditional villages and the island’s rich culture. No matter what activities you choose, one thing is certain: the beauty and diversity of Zanzibar will remain in your memory for a long time.
Day 14: Return home
You begin your journey home with many unforgettable memories in your luggage. Zanzibar airport is the starting point for our return to reality, but the memories of your safari and time on this fascinating island will remain in your heart forever.
